Nuts for Tiki

While not exactly a traditional Tiki drink, this streamlined sipper should encourage wayward daydreams about tropical breezes.

¾ ounce Frangelico liqueur
2 ounces white rum
¾ ounces lime juice
1 ounce coconut water

Shake, strain and serve in a coupe glass (or a hollowed-out coconut shell, if preferred). Garnish with a hibiscus flower or a fruit.

What’s Neat

Spirits so premium, they should only be imbibed neat.

Glenfiddich 30-year-old:  This Scotch is made in Speyside, a region often referred to as the Rolls-Royce of Scotch-producing regions. Part of the whisky is aged in Oloroso sherry casks, which impart a luxurious honey tone, and the other part is rested in Bourbon casks, which adds deep toffee notes. After the two casks are married together, the result is a complex, velvety, understated Scotch with fig and dark chocolate flavors and a long, honeyed finish.
