Best of 2011: La Toque (Napa, CA)

A nearly 1,800-bottle wine list that's decorated with Bordeaux first growths and a seasonally inspired menu make this restaurant an emerging star.

Chef Ken Frank offers a seasonal menu, with special options (all vegetable) and perennial favorites. His famous all-truffle menu will mark its 30th anniversary in January 2012.
