Another great pairing is the Trinity Ridge Farms Duck Breast with Wilted Bloomsdale Spinach, Hierloom Red Kuri Squash and Pickled Sultanas Duck and Veal Demi-Glace, with Domaine Montrieux’s 2008 Le Verre des Poètes Pineau d’Aunis.
