Wine List Description
Focusing on Burgundy, Rhône, Piedmont and Bordeaux, the wine list emphasizes classic wine regions and small artisan producers, with some “funky, off-the-beaten-path wines” that add breadth. The main goal of the wine program is to provide elite service without pretense.
Perfect Pairing
While the menu is constantly changing, a pairing of note is Jean Foillard’s 2010 Côte du Py Morgon paired with Plantains, Black-Eyed Peas and Ham.
Riot-Worthy Dish
"The Honey-Lavender Duck, carved tableside is a menu staple. The skin is perfectly crispy, the flavors combine sweet, gamy and savory so well, and the presentation is flawless."
