Wine List Description
California Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon dominate the wine list, with vintage depth from top producers and single-vineyard wines. It also sports an extensive collection of Old World treasures, with an affinity for red Burgundy.
Perfect Pairing
While the perfect pairing is always changing, one to note is the Grilled Portobello “Steak” with Giant Peruvian Lima Beans, Black Olives and Piquillo Peppers, paired with Bonny Doon’s 2003 Le Cigare Volant.
Riot-Worthy Dish
“We are proud to serve foie gras at La Toque, and do not agree with the recent extremist arguments. We fully anticipate that reason will prevail in Sacramento and we will overturn the legislation to ban this delicacy," says executive chef and owner Ken Frank, in a statement about California’s ban on foie gras.
