Wine List Description
This eclectic 100-bottle wine list includes boutique producers and widely recognized brands from the Old and New Worlds, and includes a section called “The Road Less Traveled,” encouraging guests to explore something new.
Perfect Pairing
Charred Octopus and Tenuta di Trinoro’s Passopisciaro from Sicily: “Think coastal and Mediterranean,” says Rachel Cutler, general manager. “The wine goes well with the herbal, brine and lime characteristics of the octopus dish, and is big enough to stand up to the flavors of the dish without overpowering it.
Riot-Worthy Dish
"Owners Laura Lee Brown and Steve Wilson also own Woodland Farm, home to the Kentucky Bison Company. Bison is always on the menu, including tongue, tartare, marrowbones and a burger with local cheddar and housemade bacon, on the menu since 2006."
