Sommelier Kris Margerum’s wine list focuses on California wines, and is purported to be the largest and most extensive list in Napa Valley.
In Cabernet country, there are a couple of perfect pairings—anything with bacon and veal, or perhaps a prime beef pavé,” says Kris Margerum, wine director. “The ultimate Auberge pairing is a summer sunset, a local sparkling wine and California caviar.
Chef Robert Curry’s handmade Potato Gnocchi, served with wild mushrooms, pea shoots, black truffles and Parmesan nage, is the signature dish, offered either as a standalone vegetarian dish or paired with lamb.
