Riot-Worthy Dish
Wine Enthusiast editors asked America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2013 "which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu?" Their riot-worthy dish is…
"At the moment the dish is a hot-smoked Korean BBQ local quail from Lockhart, Texas, with a “white” kimchee of Asian pear, Napa cabbage and a daikon radish purée."

Perfect Pairing
Ciacci Piccolomini’s 2007 Brunello di Montalcino with lamb strip loin over pappardelle, with brown butter artichokes, lamb bordelaise, horseradish and lardo.

Wine Events
We offer a seven-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Also available are rare, premium and “sommelier’s choice” wines available by the glass through our Enomatica program. Our casual restaurant, Second Bar + Kitchen, offers several wines on tap.
