Riot-Worthy Dish
Wine Enthusiast editors asked America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2013 "which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu?" Their riot-worthy dish is…
"Kobe vaca encebollada, a grilled Kobe skirt steak, served with huancaina purple potatoes (huancaina is a Peruvian sweet aji amarillo sauce, normally served with potatoes and hard boiled eggs), topped with fresh-made guacamole and presented with tomato chimichurri and chives."

Perfect Pairing
Our signature Beef tenderloin “Churrasco style,” served with Manos Negros Pinot Noir. The smooth velvety texture of the Manos works well with the acid from the chimichurri.

Video
