Riot-Worthy Dish
Wine Enthusiast editors asked America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2013 "which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu?" Their riot-worthy dish is…
"A celebrated dish is the yellowfin tuna tartare with Japanese cucumber, shiso leaf and sweet miso Asian ginger vinaigrette. “The tradition started before high-quality tuna was widely available in New York,” says Bret Csencsitz, managing partner. “It remains one of Gotham’s most popular dishes.”"

Perfect Pairing
The miso-marinated black cod with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, sticky rice and soy lemongrass ginger sauce is superb with the crisp, citrus-laden 2009 Bourgogne Blanc from Bernard Moreau.

Wine Events
Wine pairings for the five-course tasting menu and three-course chocolate tasting menu are offered nightly.


Wine Enthusiast Magazine announced the third annual issue of America's best wine-centric establishments, and to commemorate the list, WE hosted a rooftop party where we honored this year's recipients and toasted the exploding culture of wine and food.
