Wine List Description
The wine list offers a balance of selections from the Old and New World, with more than 30 percent of the 350 selections drawn from Long Island.

Riot-Worthy Dish
Wine Enthusiast editors asked America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2013 "which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu?" Their riot-worthy dish is…
"The seared black sea bass with Satur Farms spinach, lobster fricassee and smoked tomato relish is the restaurant’s standout dish."

Perfect Pairing
Miso-glazed Crescent Farms duck breast with duck fried rice, parsnip purée and candied kumquat, paired with Waters Crest’s 2007 Grand Vin Cabernet Franc from the North Fork is an ideal match.

Wine Events
A chef’s table provides a space for tastings with local or global wine pairings, periodic wine dinners and an annual Harvest Dinner. Wine dinners highlight local vineyards and wineries with 5–7 courses.

Wine Enthusiast Magazine announced the third annual issue of America's best wine-centric establishments, and to commemorate the list, WE hosted a rooftop party where we honored this year's recipients and toasted the exploding culture of wine and food.
