Miso-glazed Crescent Farms duck breast with duck fried rice, parsnip purée and candied kumquat, paired with Waters Crest’s 2007 Grand Vin Cabernet Franc from the North Fork is an ideal match.

Wine Events
A chef’s table provides a space for tastings with local or global wine pairings, periodic wine dinners and an annual Harvest Dinner. Wine dinners highlight local vineyards and wineries with 5–7 courses.
