The Spanish mackerel with pickled romaine, tofu, and brown butter pairs gorgeously with jean-Louis Chave’s 1998 Hermitage Blanc.

Wine Events
The restaurant offers wine pairings with “Kappo,” a set meal served at the counter for only eight guests a night, and pairings are customized for guests in the main dining room using selections from our cellar.
