Cuisine Description

European Bistro: The meticulously selected and sourced Champagne, sparkling and wine menu is paired with an ambitiously esoteric cheese program, assiettes and canapés; refined petits fours, pastries and mignardises, made in house.

Wine List Description
RĂ©coltants Manipulants (RM) signifies an artisanal farmer who bottles his own wine. RM pays homage to these growers that rely solely on fruit from their own vineyards, by crafting a curated portfolio, featuring a large selection of estate-grown wines from these vignerons. The main focus is a carefully curated list of over 80 RM selections that are presented by subregions and crus within Champagne. Also featured are limited production Champagnes served out of magnum by the glass. We feel that Champagne develops differently in magnum versus a normal 750-ml bottle, and is a more ideal way to enjoy Champagne.

Riot-Worthy Dish
Wine Enthusiast editors asked America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2013 "which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu?" Their riot-worthy dish is…
"Oeuf d’homard, our dainty lobster deviled eggs, are the ultimate complement to our concept: Timeless, simple and absolutely decadent. The velvety yolk and lobster together create a really savory and rich bite."

Perfect Pairing
We’d recommend pairing our signature dish with Pierre Moncuit’s 2002 Blanc de Blancs. The richness of the Champagne marries well with the lobster.

Wine Events
We offer custom Champagne and sparkling wine flights. We also featured a white Pinot Nero flight of three different Pinot Neros from the Oltrepò Pavese and Piedmont regions of Italy that were vinified without skins, which is really unique. Here are the three white Pinot Neros that we featured in the flight. Vercesi del Castellazzo 2011 Gugiarolo Pinot Nero (Oltrepò Pavese) Frecciarossa 2011 Sillery Pinot Nero Bianco (Oltrepò Pavese) Cavallotto 2011 Bianco Pinot Nero (Langhe)

Wine Enthusiast Magazine announced the third annual issue of America's best wine-centric establishments, and to commemorate the list, WE hosted a rooftop party where we honored this year's recipients and toasted the exploding culture of wine and food.
