Wine List Description
“Ours is the impossible task: Capturing as much the world of wine in one place while presenting them without pretention,” says Chris Horn, wine director. Some 650 selections make up the wine list, representing 285 appellations spread among 24 countries.

Riot-Worthy Dish
Wine Enthusiast editors asked America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2013 "which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu?" Their riot-worthy dish is…
"A signature dish would be baked brie with apricot preserves, caramelized onions and candied walnuts, garnished with grapes and served with house-made crackers."

Perfect Pairing
While not a permanent menu fixture, “duck liver pâté with Sherry-vanilla gastrique and González Byass’s Leonor Palo Cortado is a dynamic, surprising, playful, informative and undeniably delicious pairing,” says Horn.

Wine Events
The wine list includes up to 20 distinct flights that encourage the exploration of wine in contexts that include variety, region and flavor-based themes.

Video
