Riot-Worthy Dish
Wine Enthusiast editors asked America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2013 "which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu?" Their riot-worthy dish is…
"An iconic dish since the restaurant opened is the foie gras custard brûlée topped with caramelized citrus and cocoa nibs."

Perfect Pairing
The bacon-wrapped Iberian pork loin with crispy pork rillette, pickled carrot and red wine poached pear pairs perfectly with R. López de Heredia’s 1991 Viña Tondonia Gran Reserva from Rioja.

Wine Events
Sage offers optional customized wine pairings for groups looking to create a wine-and-food pairing experience to personally fit their taste and budget.
