Wine List Description
The wine program is heavily weighted toward small producers and special orders focusing on Italy, Spain, southern France and California, providing varieties that accompany our comfort food. Given that we operate in a control state, which provides limited selection, we concentrate our efforts on many special orders to fill our wine list.

Riot-Worthy Dish
Wine Enthusiast editors asked America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2013 "which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu?" Their riot-worthy dish is…
"Sautéed mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, Clifford Farm fried egg, potato sticks, garlic, parsley) and Wagyu beef Stroganoff (Snake River Farms beef, pappardelle, crème fraîche, chives, mushrooms)."

Perfect Pairing
Bodegas Naia’s 2011 Verdejo from Rueda, Spain, with the Manila clams (roasted garlic, yuzu, speck), or Evening Land’s 2011 Blue Label Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley with the griddled duck breast (butternut squash, roasted mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, duck confit).

Wine Events
A series of wine-focused themes are featured on a rotating basis: Summer of Rosé (Rosés from Alois Lageder, Lorenza, Atrea’s Skid Rosé, Soter’s North Valley wines) Barrel of Beaujolais (barrel of Duboeuf, Potel–Aviron’s 2008 Julienas, Henry Fessy’s 2009 Moulin-a-Vent, Domaine Chignard’s 2009 Les Moriers Fleurie) Celebrating with Bubbles (Adami Prosecco, Simmonet-Febvre Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé, Chartogne-Taillet Cuvée St. Anne Champagne) “This one time, at wine camp…” (Carol Shelton’s Wild Thing Zin, Trinafour’s Niemi Carignan, Bucklin’s Old Hill Ranch Grenache)

Wine Enthusiast Magazine announced the third annual issue of America's best wine-centric establishments, and to commemorate the list, WE hosted a rooftop party where we honored this year's recipients and toasted the exploding culture of wine and food.
