"Though the menu changes every few weeks, the charcuterie is a staple of the menu, delicious with a dry, bubbly Lambrusco."

Perfect Pairing
The foie gras terrine with cocoa, hazelnut, sunchoke and herbs with Martin Kerpen’s 2007 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett is a must-try pairing, highlighting the earthiness of the dish.

Wine Events
The restaurant offers themed wine dinners regularly and also showcases Pennsylvanian wine, with five available by the glass and 15 by the bottle. Wine from Pennsylvania also comprises the base of the hotel’s housemade Vermouth.


Wine Enthusiast Magazine announced the third annual issue of America's best wine-centric establishments, and to commemorate the list, WE hosted a rooftop party where we honored this year's recipients and toasted the exploding culture of wine and food.
