"Pan-seared Rocky Mountain Elk Company Farm-raised elk chop, roasted, local sunchokes, wilted baby kale, crispy shallots and red-wine demi glace."

Perfect Pairing
Start with Pol Roger Brut Champagne and Kumamoto oysters, proceed to the elk chop with Damilano’s Barolo Cannubi, and finish with Château Roumi’s Sauternes and dessert.

Wine Events
We offer private wine paired dinners in our Bacchus Room adjacent to our glass- and river-rock-encased 2,000-bottle temperature-controlled wine room.
