Nearly six months were spent redeveloping the wine list to search out selections that are respectful of their terroir and environment, incorporating organic and biodynamic selections whenever possible.

Wine Enthusiast editors asked America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2013 "which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu?" Their riot-worthy dish is…
"Chef Lane’s rotating selections of hand-milled and hand-made pastas are must-try dishes."

Perfect Pairing
The agnolotti of pork testa with vecchia balsamico and walnuts paired with Triacca’s 2006 San Domenico Sforzato di Valtellina is an ideal wine-and-food match.

The wine list ranges from by-the-glass red, whites, rosé and sparkling wines alongside rare European bottles—catering to the small but targeted list of high-end oenophiles who are always on the lookout for a serious wine program.
