The list spans 15 countries and includes more than 2,000 selections carefully chosen by Raj Vaidya, the head sommelier. The cellar has a capacity of 25,000 bottles, ranging from a $25 bottle of Riesling named “Charm” from the Breuer family in the Rheingau region of Germany, to a bottle of Château d’Yquem 1918 for $10,000. Approximately 100 bottles are priced under $50.
