“I have been rediscovering California wines lately after being introduced to a couple of great winemakers,” says McNeil. “For me, it all started with a bottle of Dirty & Rowdy 2010 Sémillon from Yountville, Napa, from Hardy Wallace, and the nonvintage Salinia 25 Reasons Petillant Naturel from Mendocino, from Kevin Kelley.”

The Wine Program
It features a 100-bottle list along with 18 wines by the glass and carafe that demonstrates a completely natural focus since 2010.

Favorite Dish
“Our menu changes nightly to reflect what we get in that day from our farmers,” says William McNeil, co-owner/wine specialist. “One of my personal favorite dishes has been the house-cured ham braised in olive oil and white wine, and served with whole grain mustard and wood-fire grilled bread.”
