The list encompasses estate-grown, organic, biodynamic and small-production vintners (the list is approximately 50% biodynamic or sustainable).
Pot au feu of beef short rib, tenderloin, seared foie gras, horseradish-whipped potatoes, fried bone marrow, root vegetables and black trumpet mushrooms in a double-beef consommé.
It’s $25 per bottle, but is waived with a bottle purchased from the list.
