About the Team
The co-owners, Neal McCarthy (general manager) and Steven Satterfield (executive chef), have positioned Miller Union as a leading sustainable restaurant in the South. The restaurant sources fresh ingredients from local farmers and producers, features sustainable wine choices, uses compostable straws, to-go cups, lids and boxes, and recycles wine and liquor bottles to contain housemade syrups at the bar. The restaurant even has its own in-house filtration and bottle system for water conservation.

Corkage Policy
Corkage is $35 per 750-ml bottle.
