Featured Wine
"With the increasing interest among wine lovers in Cabernet Franc, especially from the Loire, I’ve really had my eyes peeled for interesting new producers working with this grape,” says Wine Director Lulu McAllister. “I’ve really taken a shine to the wines of Thierry Germain with Domaine des Roches Neuves. Domaine des Roches Neuves’ basic 2011 Saumur-Champigny in particular is delicious, varietally correct and more reasonably priced than, say, Clos Rougeard.”

The Wine Program
Nopa offers more than 200 unique selections from California, Oregon, France and other European wine regions, with 16 by-the-glass options that rotate weekly. In the spirit of exploration, the restaurant attempts to cultivate an affordable list, with 80 percent of the offerings under $100 a bottle.

Favorite Dish
The pork chop is a restaurant mainstay.

Corkage Policy
The restaurant charges $20 per bottle.
