The Wine Program
Focusing on Italy (especially Barolo and Barbaresco), France (Burgundy) and California, the list highlights 800-plus selections and 35 wines by the glass, including Sherries and saké. The program also offers “cellar selections” of premium or luxury wines available from via Coravin, like a Château Gruaud Larose 2000 St.-Julien, Bruno Giacosa’s 2005 Barbaresco and a 1995 Château d’Yquem.

Favorite Dish
The three tasting menus change daily, as do the wine pairings. Delicate dishes with contemporary presentations have included spot prawns with Persian cucumbers, sunflowers and basil.

About the Team
Michael Tusk, the executive chef and owner, is a James Beard Award winner. He discovered his passion for Italian cuisine over 20 years ago while exploring the Barbaresco region.

Corkage Policy
Corkage is $50 per bottle for the first two 750-ml bottles, and $70 for each additional bottle.
