“Our list is a comprehensive yet accessible look into the Champagne region,” says Angie Silberberg, the wine and beer manager, of the 100-bottle list. “The entire list strives to focus on récoltant-manipulant Champagne growers, and for our still wines, we aim to support natural wines, and those who practice organic, sustainable farming and biodynamics.”

Favorite Dish
“Our mussels are a classic, with Pernod, white wine, shallots, herbs and toasted bread,” says Silberberg. “They’re a great pairing for Champagne.”

About the Team
“Executive chef Jared Van Camp is an experienced chef with a fanatical attention to detail, passionate support of local farmers and everything-made-in-house credo,” says Silberberg.

Corkage Policy
The fee is $20 per bottle, and it must not be on the restaurant’s list.
