Featured Wine
Cedar Creek Ranch & Vineyards 2010 Fair Play Sangiovese (Sierra Foothills)

The Wine Program
The program focuses on local producers, while providing balance with selections from other wine-growing regions, including Oregon, Burgundy, New Zealand and South Africa. There are 140 wines on the list, along with 25 by-the-glass options and five or six wine flights. Four wine taps at the bar showcase wines from nearby vineyards.

Favorite Dish
The only item that hasn’t changed since Taste opened in 2006 is the “mushroom cigar”—shiitake, crimini and oyster mushrooms wrapped in phyllo dough, baked and served with a mushroom and white truffle oil sauce.

Corkage Policy
Corkage is $15 per bottle, but the fee is waived on the second Thursday of every month.
