The Wine Program
The program focuses on organic, biodynamic and natural wines, with an international selection of more than 1,200 references from more than 20 countries. The restaurant also offers mature bottlings from the Loire, Burgundy and Bordeaux.
An unforgettable dish is the Nantucket bay scallops with celery root-buttermilk purée, pink lady apple, kale and malt vinegar.
About the Team
Pascaline Lepeltier, MS, the beverage director, was born in the Loire Valley, France, and studied philosophy in college. She is a strong proponent of organic, biodynamic wines, and has transformed the cocktail program by utilizing the restaurant’s in-house juice bar.
The fee is $50 for one bottle per two guests.
