The Wine Program
The list has 400-plus labels, with 30–40 by-the-glass selections. The list encompasses a broad range of wines produced globally, highlighting those that are not usually found in retail outlets, like red wines from Germany and Austria, Champagne-style sparkling wine from Portugal and obscure varietals from California.

Favorite Dish
Almond and orange cake with olive oil ice cream, caramelized fennel jam and pear, served with a dry rosé from Vienna, the Wieninger 2011 Rosé de Pinot.
