The Wine Program
The list digs deep into the culture and diversity of Italy by dissecting each region. “Other Italian wine lists only scratch the surface, but our list dissects each region completely,” says Chris Marchino, the executive chef. There are 700 selections and 30 wines by the glass, including 100 choices under $100.

Favorite Dish
Cappesanta, an oven-roasted diver scallop with dewlap,‎ squash, turnip and brown butter, is a must-experience bite, and the restaurant pairs it with a glass of steely Champagne—a full-bodied Trebbiano from Valentini or soft Barolo from La Morra.
