Striving to include innovative, offbeat and value-driven wines, the list enhances the savory and complex menu of Andrew Bonner, the executive chef. Hand-crafted, sustainable and natural wines (particularly from small producers) are at the listâ€™s core. The by-the-glass program represents a personal crusade by Liz Vilardi, co-owner and beverage director, to stir curiosity about lesser-known and site-unique choices. It strives to open guestsâ€™ eyes to varieties like Grignolino, Rotgipfler, Gamay and Chenin Blanc.

About the Team
A former musician in the rock band Piebald, Bonner traded his bass for a chefâ€™s knife and began his career at The Blue Room eight years ago.
