The Wine Program
Wines from the Basque Country, Bosnia, Greece, Australia and Croatia meet local-to-California selections, with eight wines on tap, 31 by the glass and more than 120 picks by the bottle. The not-so-secret “blacklist” offers a small selection of unusual finds to regulars.

Favorite Dish
Seafood and chorizo stew offers phenomenal wine-pairing opportunities.

About the Team
“Chef/partner Liza Hinman runs the kitchen with a firm, but gentle hand to create exciting modern American fare where her interest in Eastern and Mediterranean flavors shines through,” says Giovanni Cerrone, fellow partner and beverage director. “She’s also a great ping-pong player.”

Corkage Policy
The fee is $15 per bottle, but one is waived for each bottle purchased from the list.
