Santa Maria 2007 Triple C (Maipo Valley)

The Triple C is a blend of 65% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Carménère. It’s an elegant, medium-bodied red blend with integrated fruit, a long finish and pillowy tannins.

The Wine Program
Urban Farmer is home to a 350-bottle list curated by Dan Mages, and includes specialized sub-sections like an Oregon Pinot Noir collection that includes 55 Pinots selected for depth and typicity. The list also features several vertical and horizontal selections, including complete Spire, Leonetti and Long Shadow collections. A Coravin allows the restaurant to offer wines like Numanthia Termanthia, Cardinale and Leonetti Reserve Cabernet by the glass.

Favorite Dish
The “New York Steak Tasting” includes four 6-ounce New York cuts of beef (including Oregon grass-fed, Brandt prime, Painted Hills 21-day, dry-aged beef and Imperial Ranch Wagyu) and remains one of the most popular culinary experiences at the restaurant.

Corkage Policy
The fee is $20 per 750-ml bottle.
