The Wine Program
This 425-seat restaurant focuses on freshly prepared, traditional Southeast Asian cuisine and offers a list of 500 bottles, 36 available by the glass. The list emphasizes German Rieslings, Rhône varieties, clean, vibrant whites and low-tannin reds to match the highly spiced dishes. Seeking out small-production wines from around the world, Wild Ginger has deep collections of French, Italian, Californian and Australian wines, along with those from vintners of the Pacific Northwest.

Favorite Dish
The Hanoi Tuna dish—Sashimi-grade ahi tuna marinated with shallot, garlic and turmeric, seared rare, and served with almonds, dill and scallion oil—is unforgettable.

Corkage Policy
The fee is $20 per 750-ml bottle.
