A sparkling upbringing
Some people come to wine later in life, but for Lhote, who grew up on a farm in Champagne, bubbles were always part of her path. After she earned her National Diploma in winemaking at Reims, Lhote worked at Moët & Chandon and Nicolas Feuillate. She came to the United States for a three-month internship at Chandon and never left. Lhote now leads the team that creates its sparkling wines.
