San Antonio’s food scene is irreverent and on a roll. Mixtli sells tickets, rather than accepting reservations, for its 12-seat modern Mexican tasting menu. Feast’s seasonal menu might include Pernod-cured salmon with lemon cake and oak-smoked pear.
