Pisco Capel Premium is a transparent and bright product with soft and elegant aroma, reminiscent of orange blossoms, lime, Muscat grapes, and a hint of lychee. An excellent base for cocktails.
2 ounces Pisco Capel Premium
¾ ounce simple syrup
1 ounce lime juice
1 fresh egg white
Combine all ingredients except bitters in the
cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until the
egg white is foamy (about 10 seconds). Add
ice to the shaker, and shake again very hard
until well-chilled (about 10 seconds). Strain
into a cocktail glass. Dash a couple of drops of
Angostura Bitters on top.
