The Cooper Union

Description

In this robust but refreshing cocktail, St-Germain, a liqueur of handpicked elderflower essence, dances effortlessly with Redbreast, an Irish whiskey aged in sherry and Bourbon casks. The floral character of the elderflower liqueur gently cuts the bite of the whiskey, while the hint of Scotch offers a finish with dimension. Recipe courtesy of Phil Ward, Death & Company, New York City. —LARRY PERERA
