The Schwartz Brothers are dedicated to the idea of offering their guests an indulgent experience, which isn't difficult when steaks are exclusively USDA Prime, specially selected from the top 2% of cornfed Midwest beef, broiled at over 1,800Â°F and finished over a hickory wood grill, all under the expert gaze of Chef Thomas Hamlin. Randy Austin, wine manager, plays an equally important role, supervising the Northwestheavy wine list that features big, bold reds perfect with a medium-rare rib eye. The mellow sounds of the piano bar add to the clubby, classic steakhouse setting.
