Tomato and Rosemary

Breakfast for Dinner (The Boiler Room, Chicago)

2 oz tomato water
1 sprig rosemary
1½ oz aquavit

For the tomato water, chop tomatoes and press through cheesecloth. For the drink, muddle everything, shake with ice, strain. Top with a cucumber slice and pinch of smoked salt.
