A Taste of the Season: Meyer Lemon Vodka Cocktails

Try CHARBAY's Meyer Lemon vodka in these classic cocktails.

Published:

November kicks off the best time of year for fruit in California, where Charbay's Meyer lemon vodka is produced. Meyer lemons taste similiar to traditional lemons, but the tartness is toned down and there is a slight sweetness, making them a perfect fruit for recipes and cocktails.  The vodka is made from crushed whole Meyer lemons (skins and all) to extract the flavor and color. The extraction is then integrated into the clear vodka. The following cocktails emphasize the crisp, fresh flavors of the Meyer lemon.
