A legendary American steakhouse, Bern’s offers prime steaks cut to order, 21 choices of caviar, fresh seafood and organic vegetables grown on Bern’s farm, as well as such weekly specials as fresh oysters. And then there’s the legendary one million bottle wine collection.

There is no way to summarize the wine list except “OMG." Approximately 7,000 selections, as many as a million bottles in the cellar, the oldest being a 1792 Madeira and one of the most expensive, 1947 Latour in double magnum: $30,000. Three sommeliers curate and offer guest services.
