PrintJr. Web Programmer
The Wine Enthusiast, Inc is looking for an experienced, capable, and highly motivated individual to fill a full-time position as a Jr Web Programmer.
This position will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of medium-large web sites/web applications using Microsoft technologies.
Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the development of business-centric web sites. Applicants should be familiar with all phases of web project development from conceptualization & design to building, testing & deploying a web site.
Must be an aggressive, self-starter who has the ability to work independently, but can collaborate with multiple team members as needed. Should be open to the knowledge and input of the entire Online Services team.
NOTE: This position will require the use of Microsoft Technologies for ALL web site development.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years full-time experience with web site development and programming with ASP, Jscript and .NET experience a plus.
• 2+ years full-time experience with web site programming languages (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, etc.)
• Must have experience with cross-browser & cross-platform compatibility.
• Must communicate effectively, meet timelines/milestones and oversee multiple tasks during the business day.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills and excellent writing skills.
• Must be comfortable/willing to take direction from other members of the development team.
Qualifications (Optional):
• Other Web Application and Programming skills/capabilities a plus. (SQL, VBScript, Com, etc.
Compensation:
• Salary Based on capability and experience. Full-time position
