| Ingredients: | 1 ounce St-Germain 2 ounces Hendrick’s Gin ½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice 4 blackberries, muddled 2 blackberries, for garnish 1 rose petal, for garnish Splash of sparkling rosé, optional garnish |
| Directions: | Combine St-Germain, Hendrick’s Gin, lemon juice and muddled blackberries in a rocks glass. Add crushed ice and stir ingredients. Garnish with blackberries and rose petal. |
