| Description: | Made famous by Ian Fleming’s rakish spy, 007, this clean and classy martini is both refreshing and rejuvenating. To do it right, keep everything—gin, vermouth, glass and lemon—in the freezer until ready to mix. Spray vermouth into the frosted glass and add gin. Squeeze a few drops of oil from the lemon peel zest, swipe the peel around the rim of the glass, and drop it into the drink. |
| Ingredients: | 2 1⁄2 ounces chilled gin Spray of vermouth Strip of lemon peel and oil |
