The Madame Butterfly
Description:

Created by Ektoras Binikos, head mixologist of Aureole Restaurant in New York City, this exotic
cocktail evokes the famous opera by Puccini. The ingredients, though unique, can be found in most specialty spirits shops, gourmet markets or online.
Ingredients: 1⁄2 oz Imported GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur
1⁄2 oz Orange Flavored Vodka
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1⁄2 oz Verjus
1⁄2 oz Yuzu juice
Dry Raspberry Powder for garnish
Directions: Put all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass with its rim coated with dry raspberry powder
