| Ingredients: | 2-1/2 ounces straight rye whiskey 1 ounce sweet vermouth 1 dash Angostura bitters 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish |
| Directions: | Stir all the ingredients except for the garnish together over ice, stir well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish. |
