| Ingredients: | 1/2 ounce lemon juice 1/2 ounce Crème de Cacao 1 ounce Bourbon 1 ounce Aperol 2 dashes rhubarb bitters |
| Directions: | Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and pour into a chilled 5 ½ ounces Champagne coupe. |
