The Nicky Finn

Description:

Adapted from a recipe in Cocktail: The Drinks Bible for the 21st Century (Viking, 1998), by Paul Harrington and Laura Moorhead

Ingredients: 1 ounce Cognac
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 dash Pernod
1 lemon twist, for garnish
Directions: Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice and add all of the ingredients. Shake for 15 seconds, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish.
