The Saison Dubonnet
From innovative mixologist Jim Meehan of PDT in New York City, this refreshing beer cocktail adds an exotic twist to the traditional cassis/ale combination.
|Ingredients:||1 ounce Dubonnet Rouge
1⁄4 ounce Theuriet Cassis
6 ounce Saison Dupont Belgian ale
|Directions:||Add the Dubonnet and cassis to a mixing glass, then fill with ice; stir and strain into a white wine glass. Top with Saison Dupont ale. Garnish with a twist of lemon.|
